Tried to contact DeWalt, they said that the wait time was 14 minutes. 47 minutes later nobody has still answered the phone.

There's no way to get a hold of an actual person. Terrible customer service actually no customer service I will be buying a different brand.

Last August I purchased a weed eater. Used about 3 times. Started using again in May, motor burnt out. Took to service center, has been there for over 4 months with motor on back order. No help!!

Poorest customer service I have ever dealt with. Their approach was as if I did not matter to them.

Had contacted them several times via email. Told me I needed to go pick up the weed eater from their authorized repair shop, box it up, send it it to to their service center for repair.

I informed DeWalt that it was their job to have it sent in! I am still waiting.Thank goodness I have a Stihl Weed Eater.works perfectly.

Purchased a jopsite table was. Supposed to be one of the better ones out there.

Realized before I used it that it was not adjusted properly from the factory in a few areas. ( could have been dangerous to use). Tried calling customer service to get advice on fixing it, only to find that no one there was qualified to help. They suggested I go on line with Dewalt.We tried and there was no response.worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The people answering the phones for the most part were very nice, but not knowledgeable.

My experience in the past when dealing with other manufacturers is there is always someone that is extremely knowledgeable about their products and can walk me through any issues that I may have. All in all I would advise against Dewalt.

Dewalt told me my scroll saw was in warranty period and even told what store to bring it to, I did so, then the store calls dewalt and they say it is not under warranty even though it is within the three year warranty period, so I still have a broken saw that I picked up the same day, I give up! And I own at least 10 or more dewalt products, so I’m not satisfied at all with dewalt.
